They should be arrested
During the trial of the Nazis at Nuremberg, the chief American prosecutor, Robert H. Jackson, stated: "To initiate a war of aggression, therefore, is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole."
On the following lists the War Criminals in Congress voted ‘ Yea ’ to initiate a War of Aggression against Iraq

The wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan are Illegal Wars - Wars of Aggression. A 'Crime Against Peace' is defined in the Nuremberg Charter as the "Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances." War Crimes are being committed in planning (conspiring) and waging these US-led illegal wars. The U.S. Government is violating U.S. and International law.

It is an atrocity to know that our system of justice and Congress are so utterly corrupt, that they would allow this fraud, without any valid vital records, to stay in the White House for a year and a half and cause such devastation to the Nation. I blame both Democrats and Republicans- all of them are corrupt, none of them showed any integrity or values. In my opinion we need to bring all new people to Congress and White House and Dept. of Justice."
