"Momentum for a President Bush War Crimes Trial Builds"

It appears President Bush and his administration will be tried for war crimes when he leaves office. Some of the possible charges facing President Bush, et al are capital crimes. Although he has been an ardent supporter of death for others in the War and the Death Penalty we do NOT call for his or any death. As true Christians we ask for mercy and forgiveness. President Bush and his administration have been and are being controlled by Satan.

"The Commission of Inquiry on Crimes Against Humanity Committed by the Bush Administration has released its final verdict. The Commission finds President George W. Bush and His Administration Guilty of War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity."

(1) Law School is Planning Bush War Crimes Trial

UPDATE: ( Video clips of this conference; http://www.ustream.tv/channel/warcrimesconference )

The Massachusetts School of Law at Andover held a conference September 13-14 to plan the prosecution of President Bush and other high administration officials for war crimes.

"This is not intended to be a mere discussion of violations of law that have occurred," said convener Lawrence Velvel, dean and cofounder of the school. "It is, rather, intended to be a planning conference at which plans will be laid and necessary organizational structures set up, to pursue the guilty as long as necessary and, if need be, to the ends of the Earth."

"We must try to hold Bush administration leaders accountable in courts of justice," Velvel said. "And we must insist on appropriate punishments, including, if guilt is found, the hangings visited upon top German and Japanese war-criminals in the 1940's."

(2) "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder"

The mainstream media has blackballed this bestselling book.

Prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi, in his book, "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder" lays out the legal case for prosecuting President Bush in a US courtroom after he leaves office. He presents what he says is an "airtight legal case" against the president on charges of first-degree murder. He further states, "Any of the 50 state attorneys general, as well as any district attorney in the United States, has ample grounds to indict Bush for the murder of any soldier or soldiers who lived in their state or county."

(3) Torture of Prisoners

"The Red Cross finds Bush administration guilty of war crimes."

It has been reported that some of the members of the Bush administration and the Justice Dept. approved torture of prisoners in their regular White House meetings. This being true they are guilty of war crimes under 18 U.S.C. § 2441 which has no statute of limitations. The penalty could be life in prison or death if a prisoner died due to torture.

Our understanding is that the U.S. military has admitted that they have tortured some prisoners to death, which means that those who approved torture could be sentenced to life in prison, or even death.

Again we do NOT call for the death penalty. As true Christians we ask for mercy and forgiveness. President Bush and all have been and are being controlled by Satan.
